100 Workouts in 2012 Challenge


Ok ok, I know it's been a loooooooong time since I last posted!  Wasn't really doing anything weight loss wise & felt bad about it so hid from the Jelly Belly blog!

The big 4-0 birthday is getting ever closer & the jelly belly is still wobbling.  So I've decided to set myself a challenge of doing 100 workouts in 2012 to try & kick start things.

Have been doing a few bits on the Wii over the last couple of weeks, & have done 3 x classes this week (& loved it).

Challenge stats so far.....

1.   31/1 - 60 mins Pilates
2.   3/2 - 30 Day Shred dvd level 1 - 20 mins
3.   4/2 - Wii Zumba 20 mins & EA Active 20 mins
4.   10/2 - Wii Zumba 20 mins & EA Active 20 mins
5.   11/2 - Wii Zumba 20 mins& EA Active 20 mins
6.   20/2 - 60 mins Body Pump class (enjoyed this a lot)
7.   21/2 - 60 mins Pilates
8.   22/2 - 60 mins Zumba class

Only 92 more workouts to go!!
